Cooking Course at Carmen's

Crystal Tours Unlimited is very fortunate to be able to present for your culinary enjoyment the ease and comfort of a cooking lesson at the home in the San Lorenzo section of historic Rome of an able and proficient cooking instructor at a prominent private Rome school whose curriculum includes intensive courses for Italian language to training future chefs in a professional Italian kitchen recognized by the Lazio Chefs Association.

For the last ten years Carmen has given cooking seminars for students from all over the world and during the summer is in
charge of the kitchen in a "colony summer camp" at the seaside.

For those who love Italian food and want to learn to prepare traditional dishes (appetizers, pasta, meat, fish, vegetables, pizza, desserts, etc.)

A sample menu will include Appetizers, First course - Pasta, Second course meat or fish, Vegetables, Dessert, Wine and coffee. The menus depend on the season and always fresh food from the market.
