The course will be held in the "old kitchen" dating back to the year 1700 at the Palazzo Leopoldo Hotel
Your lesson will be conducted by Chef Anita or Rosanna Valentina, sisters who owned and operated a restaurant in a small village near Radda for many years and now do private cooking in homes and villas along with cooking lessons in their farmhouse.
Your hands on lessons are taught by the chef who will assist you in making from the start dishes such as Bruschetta al Pomodoro (Tomato's & toasts), Tortelli, Ariaato al forno (roasted pork), Crostini Toscani (checken liver toasts), Crostini Salsiccia e Fromaggio (cheese & sausgages toast) & Tiramisu'.
Lessons are held late afternoon and you eat what you prepare
for dinner. |

Your Program Includes:
- Four nights in Radda at the Palazzo Leopoldo, circa 1350, a 17 room manor house or the Hotel San Niccolo a 1400 building with 19 bedrooms both located in the historical town center with Breakfast daily at your hotel.
- Three daily cooking lessons at Palazzo Leopoldo starting at 4 PM in preparing your own dinner with the chef. At the end of the course you will receive a certificate of attendance and a book of recipes in which are the meals you prepared.
An 8 day economy car rental** with full insurance coverage and unlimited mileage, PLUS your choice of three nights in either Florence or San Gimignano either before or after your stay in Radda
