"Preparing the Pasta" - start with the choice of the fresh and simple ingredients at the marketplace. Then, the teacher will show how to prepare a complete meal the kitchen inside the 13th century Palazzo Galli - Tassi. After the cooking class, lunch will be served, accompanied with local wines.

1000 am - meet at a designated point near the San Ambrogio marketplace. Here your teacher will meet and greet you and guide tour this historical food market.

1045 am - your group will walk to the special kitchen at Palazzo Galli - Tassi

1100 am - 100 pm - start the cooking class. First gathering around a large table, assembling flour and eggs to create the dough for "la pasta" and making the noodles and the appropriate sauces.

100 pm - lunch is served, with all the dishes you prepared with appropriate wines

230 pm - you will be escorted back to the original meeting place
