Why do you want to organize a group tour?

People like to travel together as a group. Contact one that you're connected with including schools, athletic teams, professional associations, health clubs, alumni associations, religious groups, travel with a celebrity like an athlete or an artist, actor, chef and wine expert. Don't overlook family reunions, professional associations, book clubs, stock clubs, wine & food lovers, incentive travel awards for the top salesmen of the year, car dealers, appliance distributors, and that just scratches the surface.

What's included in a group tour?

Everything you need for great vacation. In Italy hotels are required by law to conform to a star system. We use the finest hotels for our needs, mostly 4 & 3 starred and they're the best for the itinerary, meticulously selected and chosen.

Breakfast daily, either continental or buffet. Dinner is served most evenings and lunch usually while on tour. Lunches and dinners always include beverages - water, coffee and local wine or beer. Welcome and farewell dinners and theme dinners when the occasion presents itself. Sightseeing is enjoyed at a comfortable pace with multilingual guides and all admissions. Transportation vehicles are Grand Touring style with the emphasis on comfort and only professional drivers are used.

Are there extra costs?

No. Everything is spelled out up front. Our philosophy is to include all the features and to let you know in black and white what is not included.

What are the minimum and maximum group sizes?

Our group rates are based on 10, 15, 30 & 40 persons allowing all size groups to participate in one of our non-traditional tours. The Grand Touring Coaches we use accommodate up to over 50 group members. That gives you and us the opportunity to adjust group size and prices accordingly.

What about tour conductors?

Tour conductor trips are offered depending on the group size

Group travel makes sense - the more people, the better buying power, the better the price.

After you select your itinerary, contact our group department and discuss your selection and we'll walk you through the entire procedure. You'll be assigned a group coordinator who in many cases will accompany you on your trip. If not it will be one of our Italy based staff who will be with you 24/7.
